Don't Forget This Sunday Clocks Spring Forward

British Summer Time starts on Sunday as EU moves towards ending mandatory clock changes. It’s that time of year again, the ritual of trying to work out which of your electronic gadgets automatically adjust for clock changes, and which don’t.

British Summer Time (BST) officially starts at 1am on Sunday 31 March, when the clocks go forward an hour to 2am.

Prodigy Special Tribute

Keith Flint, vocalist with the Prodigy, took his own life last weekend, at the age of 49. He was found at his home in Essex on Monday. Tonight Ian Springell on the Residency show tonight will be doing a tribute.

With his punk aesthetic of piercings, spiked hair and intense stare, Flint became one of the UK’s most iconic musical figures in the 1990s. He joined the Prodigy as a dancer, later becoming a frontman alongside rapper Maxim. Aside from their 1992 debut, all of the group’s seven albums have reached No 1 in the UK.

Carla Delaney wins 2019 Networker of the Year

We are delighted to report that our very own Carla Delany won 'Networker of the Year' at the Thames Valley Awards Business and Community dinner ceremony organised by Great British Expos at Hilton Hotel, Reading last night.

Carla said “ It was a big surprise! Thank you organisers, judges and my nominee/s. I had convinced myself that winners were most likely to be nearest the stage. As I was at the back of the room I thought winning was unlikely.”
