How to make a complaint

  1. If you want to complain about something you've heard on Marlow FM, please email within 30 days of the broadcast, and include your contact details. The presenter of the relevant programme will get back to you as soon as possible, but definitely within 10 working days.

  2. If you're not happy with their response, please contact them within 10 working days and explain your position. The presenter will reply within 10 working days after that.

  3. If you're still not happy, please email again and explain the situation. The managing director will then investigate, and give you a final response.

  4. If you think there has been a breach of the Ofcom Broadcasting Code, you can, of course, complain directly to Ofcom.
